UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to select a supplier for the provision of Solar System installation and repair. Dear Madam, Dear Sir, To ensure the supply of equipment, installation, security and maintenance of solar infrastructure for its Lubumbashi Field Office, in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), UNICEF is launching this Call for Proposals also called Request for Services Proposal (ITB) for the identification and selection of a specialized company having the experience, technical skills and material and human resources necessary to carry out this service with a view to signing a one-off service contract. This call for tenders is part of the strengthening the energy capacities of the existing solar system, with a view to ensuring better performance and optimal support for the operational needs of the office. The service provider who will be selected following this RFP will be invited to sign a service contract for a short period. The submission, which will include a separate technical offer and a financial offer, will be transmitted via the UNICEF inTend platform no later than December 1, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. (Lubumbashi time).
