- UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to select a supplier for the provision of establishing LTA for the maintenance and repairs of UNICEF Vehicles - Southern zone. L-appel d-offres est constitué de trois (03) lots indépendants : LOT NOVille (province)1 - Haut-Kattanga (Lubumbashi, Likasi, Kipushi, Kambove, Drugs, Pweto, Kasenga, Sakania)2 - Lualaba (Kolwezi,De,drom, Mutshtsha)3 - Haut-Lomami (Kamina, Bukama, Luena, Kabondo Dianda, Malemba Nkulu, Kaniam) South of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), UNICEF operates in 3 provinces. That of Haut-Katanga, that of Haut-Lomami and that of Lualaba. For the smooth running of its operations, UNICEF DRC plans to enter into a long-term agreement (LTA) with a or several garage(s) recognized as the most competent to ensure periodic maintenance, inspection and repair of its entire fleet of vehicles throughout the area. The office has a certain number of vehicles, details of which are contained in the attached table. (Annex 1: List of vehicles). The submission, which will include a separate technical offer and a financial offer, will be transmitted to UNICEF no later than December 14, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. (Lubumbashi time).
