- REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST1. The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO), seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from duly registered companies for the Provision of Borehole Drilling Services for The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo (MONUSCO)2. MONUSCO will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly for a contract for one-year period , with possibility of one-year extension i.e., (1+1) at the discretion of MONUSCO and accordingly intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information demonstrating their abilitity to fulfill MONUSCO requirements.The award to the successful bidder will be according the evaluation criteria described in the SOW (to be provided during the Request for Proposal exercise) or in any combination at the MONUSCO-s sole discretion. Consideration will be given to achieving best value for money and on the basis of operational risk analysis from the UN perspective.
