Description of the mission: Recruitment of a National Individual Consultant for the Analysis of Climate Financial Flows and Innovative Climate Financing Mechanisms in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Place of assignment (City and Country): Kinshasa - Democratic Republic of Congo Project title: Carbon March & CDN Program in the Democratic Republic of Congo Position level: Individual National Consultant, Congolese national, regardless of experience Duration of mission/services (if applicable): 30 working days over a period included between December 15, 2025 and February 28, 2026 Start date of the consultancy (if applicable): December 15, 2025 * NB: The proposal must be submitted directly to the portal no later than the deadline indicated in the system Offers not submitted via the Quantum system or submitted using help incorrect credentials will be disqualified.
