Tenders are invited for Maintenance of RTG and MHC Air Conditioners It is important to specify the different elements linked to the desired payment terms. Still, for MGT the best payment terms are those which prevent it from running any risk (100% PAYABLE 30 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY) All maintenance must be scheduled to be carried out only during the day under the condition and supervision of the engineering department. • The subcontractor will provide personnel who will work daily for the planned preventive maintenance and scheduled planned corrective maintenance and agreed with the engineering department planning team. • The contractor must demonstrate that he has the expertise, tools and equipment required to carry out the work. • The selected service provider will be subject to a 3-month trial period • All unit and part changes must be costed as part of the contract, any additional costs outside the scope of the contract must be subject to written approval from the equipment manager before it can be carried out • It is mandatory that competent personnel from the service provider are always present at the terminal.
