- This proposals' request file, aims to select a company specializing in drinking water adductions by capturing sources; Regularly constituted in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and experienced for the realization of projected works. They expressThe needs of the master of works and the steps to fill them. They cannot be exhaustive or limiting. The company cannot pretend to be of any omission to claim an addendum from his contract. It is up to the tenderer to request all the information that lacks him toMoment of the development of its technical and financial offers. The present tender file aims to set up an improved water service for the benefit of the displaced and indigenous people of Nkunda and Mulefu, Rwampara health zone in the ITUI province - DRC.(TOR) and the technical specifications notebook are available in the appendix and have been validated by ONHR. This government structure will be responsible for monitoring and quality control of work as far as it is concerned in itsattributions.
