Description:
The Democratic Republic of Congo received from the African Development Bank group (AfDB) a 190,000,000 loan from account units for the financing of the project to develop value chains in support of the transformation program of agriculture (PTA) "PADCV-PTA". The project is part of the financing and implementation of the Agriculture Transformation Program (PTA-DRC) from which the National Pact of Food and Agriculture (PNAA) presented by His Excellency President of the DRC at the Dakar 2 summit in February 2023 on the food sovereignty of Africa (see the final version of the PNAA published on: https://www.afdb.org/en/documents/republique-democratique-du-congo-pacte-pour-lalimentation-et-lagiculture-0.
