Friend - DRC - International specialist in agro -industry in the project to support governance and skills development in support of the agricultural transformation program - PAGDC -PTA
The Democratic Republic of Congo has requested a loan of 90,000,000 account unit for the financing of the governance and skills development to support for the Group of Development Bank. Agriculture Transformation Program (PTA) "PAGDC-PTA". The project constitutes the first contribution of the BAD group for the operationalization of pillars III and IV of the Agriculture Transformation Program (PTA-DRC). It responds to government priorities aimed at increasing the productivity and competitiveness of the agricultural sector through the improvement of the climate of investments and the quality of the workforce. It is articulated around the following three (3) components: (i) support for improving the governance of the agricultural sector; (ii) support for improving the quality of labor and entrepreneurship for young people and women; (iii) Project coordination and management.
