Description:
The services provided for this contract will be under the supervision of the project coordinator and will consist of: (i) Manage the bank accounts of the project; (ii) liquidate the expenses ordered by the coordinator; (iii) Establish direct payment requests (DPD); (iv) prepare the transfer orders; (v) prepare the payment of personnel compensation and fees; (VI) finalize the PTBA in collaboration with other officials; (VII) finalize the budget; (VIII) Monitor the acquisitions of goods and services, as well as their good use; (ix) ensure the availability of resources for the realization of project activities; (x) Organize the inventory work of goods and supplies; (XI) Participate in the preparation, updating and execution of the procurement plan for activities related to operation; (XII) Ensure the development of specifications & characteristics of the purchase requests for supplies related to the operation; (XIII) Participate in the drafting of the terms of reference for the recruitment of consultants; (XIV) Hold a register of guarantee guarantees and ensure the preservation of organs ...
