UNICEF has now issued a LRPS-2025 9201155 in order to select a supplier for the provision of DRILLING WORKS AND CONSTRUCTION OF MINI DRINKING WATER SUPPLY IN THE EPE AND ESS OF SALIBOKO IN THE KALEMIE HEALTH ZONE. The United Nations Fund for Children (UNICEF), in the Democratic Republic of Congo, plans to initiate drilling work and construction of mini-drinking water supply in the EP and ESS of Saliboko in the Kalemie Health Zone in order to sustainably strengthen access to water potable by creating a mini-water supply supplied by drilling for the benefit of the OKOKO school and health center. To this end, UNICEF wishes to use service providers specialized in hydraulics and in particular in mechanical solar drilling equipped including the tank connection system who have the experience and the technical, human and financial capacities to carry out said work over a period not exceeding three (3) months from the date of signing of the contract, with a warranty period of twelve (12) months after provisional receipt. The village of Saliboko is located about 10 km from the town of Kalemie, on the road to Nyunzu. It benefited from the support of the IOM, notably through the construction of a school and a health center collectively called OKOKO.
