Description:
Tenders are invited for Development and Asphalting Works of rn1, Section Kananga (Pk 0+000) - Village Kasingi (Pk 45+000), including the Roads of the City of Kananga (3 Km) and the Development of One (01) Rest Area ( Kp 5+350); Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee in the amount of: Lot 1: Seven hundred fifty-five thousand US dollars (755,000 USD); Interested and eligible Bidders can obtain information from the Infrastructure Unit of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Works, during working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday at the address mentioned below. The French Tender Documents may be purchased by any Bidder by submitting a written request to the above address against a non-refundable payment of 300 USD ( Three Hundred US Dollars ) . The method of payment will be in cash at the cash desk, by cashier's check or by direct transfer to the following account of the Infrastructure Unit, opened in the books of BANK OF AFRICA, specifying the number of the Tender File for which the payment is made ( Account number: 00029 01015021180701149/ MINFIN v/c Bukavu-Nyamukubi ). 6 - Offers must be delivered to the address below, no later than October 6, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. (Kinshasa time, UT+1) . Bids by electronic means will not be authorized. Late Bids will be rejected. The Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of the designated representatives of the Bidders and of any person who chooses to attend at the address below, no later than October 6, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. (Kinshasa time) .
