- The objective of this consultancy is to support the design and implementationof a productive uses of energy (PUE) window under the Mwinda Fund, startingwith the implementation of the first actual financing activities under the PUEwindow. This PUE window aims to foster a thriving and sustainable PUE ecosystemin DRC, anchored around the energy infrastructure funded by the Mwinda Fund. The work will be iterative, allowing for adjustments based on lessonslearned from implementation on the ground. The PUE window can entail various calls forproposals, direct invitations by the Fund Manager for innovative solutions,technical assistance and other approaches and instruments to develop PUE underthis window.
