Tenders are invited for Construction of the Nduye Substation Created in 1992, the RFO, with more than 13,000 km², is the largest protected area of intact lowland tropical forest remaining in the DRC. The RFO is home to one of the largest surviving populations of forest elephants, the largest stronghold of okapi in the DRC, and the largest population of eastern chimpanzees in Africa.
