Description:
The technical secretariat of the coherence fund for stabilization (FCS) through the UNOPS management agent, invites non -governmental organizations (NGOs), community -based associations, and NGO consortiums with relevant experience in the DRC, to submit their application to be Registered in a register (roster) of potential partners for projects within the framework of the MRR (phase 2). Prequalified NGOs will be invited later to subject proposals for projects aimed at meeting the specific needs identified in collaboration with the P-DDRCS and Local communities. Near organizations prequalified within the framework of this call will be considered for future partnerships within the framework of the MRR. Prequalification does not guarantee the allocation of a subsidy or a contract within the framework of the FCS.
