Call for external collaborators - to develop curricula for the 10 new validated professions, train teachers in these professions, develop and make available a directory of professions/jobs in the cassava sector following DACuM at the ILO-Kinshasa
Dear bidder, The International Bureau of Work (BIT) is looking for someone to undertake work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The consultant will be responsible. e to carry out this mission in the following five phases: Phase 1: Framing and preparation: Hold a scoping meeting with the technical team; Analyze existing documents; Identify and confirm the ten professions to be covered; Develop a detailed work plan; and Produce a methodological note Phase 2: Development of the directory of professions and skills in the cassava sector : Collect and analyze the data available on the cassava sector; Identify and describe all trades, jobs and income-generating activities (AGR) linked to the value chain; Define, for each profession, the essential skills (technical, behavioral, transversal) ; Organize information in a standardized format ensuring consistency and readability; and Submit the directory for validation by sector players. Phase 3: Development of curricular resources according to the DACuM methodology: Development of job-skills profiles (DACUM charts) ; Development of professional standards (Occupational Standards) for the 10 professions; and Development of curriculum documents (Curriculum Documents).
