Dear tenderer, the International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to work as an outdoor employee. You will find below a summary of the work to be done: the consultant will be responsible for analyzing the dynamics of the labor market from a microeconomic point of view and concrete employment opportunities essential for the reintegration of ex-combatants, men, women and demobilized children of the province of Tanganyika in their respective communities. It will also provide strategic and operational objectives on the possibilities of meeting these Needs in order to clarify the process of designing a vocational training program and developing a commercial argument for MPMs to introduce better working conditions in their companies in the Democratic Republic of Congo, in a participatory logic and in Close collaboration with national parties.
