Description:
Audit of the Financial Statements of the Project to Develop Road Access to the Road-Rail Bridge over the Congo River for the 2022, 2023 and 2024 Financial Year accounts of the above-mentioned project for the financial years 2022, 2023 and 2024. These services are: (i) the verification of the financial statements of the project and of all statements of expenditure presented in support of withdrawal requests; (ii) review of expenditures to determine if they are eligible under the funding agreements and the appraisal report; (iii) analysis of movements of funds in the special project account; (iv) issuance of an opinion on compliance with Bank procedures and on the balance of the special account at the end of the financial year, the adequacy between the financial transactions carried out and the period considered, as well as the balances to be the end of this period, deemed admissible and correct; (v) verification of the management and use of the special account in accordance with the financing agreement and whether the controls applicable to this mode of disbursement are adequate. The start of the mission is scheduled for April 10, 2023 for the 1st exercise, April 10, 2024 for the 2nd exercise and May 1, 2025 for the third exercise. The mission will last a maximum of three (03) weeks for each exercise. The mission is planned at the Cellule Infrastructures (CI), in Kinshasa, DRC.
