Friend - Congo - Realization of the technical and architectural study (phase 1), as well as the control of the work (phase 2) of rehabilitation of the alevinating station and the fish pools of Mindouli - Prodivac
The services provided for this contract include: in the first phase: technical and architectural studies. These include: (i) consult the beneficiary parties on their needs; (ii) proceed with the statement of existing infrastructure and their location throughout the subdivision; (iii) design and retain the most opportune architectural proposition, relevant and significant both from the point of view of the function, of the form and the structure of the works; (iv) develop interior furnishings in order to specify the relative installations of the various equipment and their judicious incorporation in the interior and exterior of the buildings through the summary preliminary draft (APS); (v) Determine the realistic unit prices taking into account the origin of the materials rendered site, the importance of the work to be carried out and the standard standards in the matter through the detailed preliminary draft (ADP); (vi) Establish ...
