Description:
Tenders are invited for Air Freight Services. Please provide American Embassy Kinshasa with your most favorable air freight rates, up to free arrival destination, valid from September 13, 2021 through September 12, 2022. The destinations on the attached spreadsheet are split into two lists. One list contains the normal authorized destinations (Tab - Regular Destinations) as usual, and the second list (Tab - Worldwide Destinations) shows a set of other destinations. Forwarders/Airlines can quote on both lists, but only the first list (Tab - Regular Destinations) is obligatory to make your quote valid. Rates provided is air freight from Kinshasa N-djili Airport (FIH) to final destination airport and must cover air carriage all the way. For the fuel and security surcharge, see Special Provision section “h”) below. Rates are to be quoted in U.S. Dollars only and only to two numbers behind the decimal point (no other currency) and are to be converted to correspond with 1/6 weight/volume ratio Special Provision - FUEL and SECURITY surcharge ADJUSTMENT
