• Quotation are invited for Acquisition of 10 Vehicles for Minas Services and the Fsrdc-Minas Partnership Agreement The Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) has obtained financing from the World Bank (WB) to the tune of USD 445 million to finance the "STEP 2" Project, additional financing to the Project for the Stabilization of Eastern DRC for Peace (STEP). The Ministry of Finance, the project supervisory authority, has signed Subsidiary Agreements with the DRC Social Fund (FSRDC) for the execution of the Project. The STEP 2 Project has five components: three technical components, a management component, and an emergency response component. The technical components include (i) the construction and rehabilitation of community infrastructure, (ii) a large program of social safety nets, and (iii) support for the structuring of the social sector.
